Role Overview

ID.me is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Engineer specializing in Automations & Integrations to join our dynamic IT team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using a variety of tools and languages
• Lead integration projects to ensure seamless communication between various internal systems, such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, SIEM, Data and custom applications
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis to understand and anticipate the needs of internal stakeholders for process improvements through automation
• Maintain and enhance existing automation and integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient
• Collaborate with security to implement automation solutions that comply with company policies and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automations and integrations, providing high-level technical support as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation for all implemented processes, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for both technical and non-technical users
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for all deployed automation solutions, ensuring they remain effective, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization's objectives
• Perform moderate and complex infrastructure and system upgrades
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with internal teams
• Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation and integration, recommending innovative solutions to improve business processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT systems engineer and / or systems administrator within an enterprise environment.
• Coding skills using scripting languages - Python, Bash, Powershell, or similar languages.
• Proficiency automating and orchestrating solutions to manual processes.
• Proficiency in popular automation tools and platforms - i.e. Okta Workflows, Workato, Zapier, or related.
• Relevant industry certifications in automation or system integration is a plus.
• Experience administering SaaS applications in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with version control systems.
• Knowledge of Linux / Unix based systems administration, security and networking technologies a plus.
• Mac knowledge preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and devise innovative solutions.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in objectives.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing technical tasks.
• Excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location.

Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.
