Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) is currently seeking talent to fulfill our dynamic Graphic Designer career. In this role you will develop innovative packaging designs alongside print marketing materials of new and existing consumer wellness products for some of the world’s top brands and retailers.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and assets, driving projects from initial concepts to final production while adhering to regulatory and brand standards.
With a strong emphasis on creativity and collaboration, you will enhance product appeal, support sustainable practices, and contribute significantly to the brand’s market presence and consumer loyalty.
You should be well-organized, adaptable, and agile, with the ability to handle shifting demands with ease and collaborate with non-design teams.

You will expand your skill set, make a tangible impact, and advance both the business and your career. The position is based at our manufacturing and distribution headquarters in Burnsville, Minnesota, with a hybrid work setting requiring regular onsite presence 2-3 days per workweek.
The Opportunity :
- Produce engaging, creative digital imagery across APL’s brands according to style guides and brand standards
- Work with other Marketing team members to align visual creative across all print and digital platforms, including Amazing listings, websites, social media, and advertising.
- Manage all creative aspects of assigned projects from start to finish ensuring deadlines are met.
- Periodically assist in the creation and production of print marketing materials including sell sheets, ads, coupons, and mailers;
provide final print files and works with vendors to ensure precise deliverables.
Periodically assist with copywriting, copyediting, photography, or photo retouching, as needed.
Qualifications + Experience :
We seek applicants with these critical skills and experience :
- Portfolio to showcase your design skills
- 5+ years of creative design or production experience for CPG
- Preferred experience but not required : 3D rendering skills, photography (including hobbyist) and prior experience using a plotter
- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Understanding of soft-proofing tools (Workfront Proof) and digital asset management (Bynder)
- Proven ability to create packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and engage consumers
- Expertise in layout, color theory, and imagery for visually appealing packaging solutions
- In-depth understanding of durable, user-friendly, and cost-effective packaging structures with a focus on sustainability
- Highly detail-oriented in managing die lines, dimensions, material specifications, and print finishes
- Strong ability to pivot and respond to shifting demands and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Consumer-focused mindset
- Knowledgeable in media formats for both digital and print applications, with skills in editing and exporting assets.
- Effective in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
- Actively engages in teamwork and brainstorming to foster creativity and innovation
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience collaborating with non-design teams to translate requirements into effective designs.
