We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service to clients and policyholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing insurance policies, offering insightful advice on coverage options, and converting quotes into new policies.
Additionally, you will play a key role in addressing billing issues, making policy recommendations, and facilitating policy changes.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching. We offer a great work environment, 401k / Roth IRA options, and flexible hours.
While evenings and weekends are encouraged, they are not required. The role starts with hourly compensation and transitions to base plus commission after training is complete.
It's important to note that this is an in-office inside sales position, and the successful candidate will be required to obtain an insurance license.
Compensation :
$35,000 - $50,000+ yearly
Responsibilities :
- As part of the responsibilities, you will be expected to proactively manage all customer inquiries, ensure timely follow-ups on policy-related questions, and initiate appropriate changes to consumer policies based on provided information.
- Handling inbound calls related to insurance policies, addressing customer concerns and complaints, and providing effective solutions will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications :
- To excel in this position, we are seeking individuals with a flexible personality, strong problem-solving abilities, and a humble attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with prior experience in a customer-facing role or customer service position.
