Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Remote Travel Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in creating seamless travel experiences for your discerning clients.

Working from the comfort of your own home, you will leverage your expertise in travel planning to design bespoke itineraries, coordinate logistics, and provide unparalleled support throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations.

Custom Itinerary Design : Craft detailed and personalized travel itineraries that align with client preferences, incorporating unique destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences.

Logistics Coordination : Coordinate all aspects of travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation bookings, activity reservations, and visa arrangements, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for clients.

Destination Expertise : Stay abreast of travel trends, emerging destinations, and cultural insights to provide informed recommendations and enhance the overall travel experience.

Client Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey, offering timely assistance, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions.

Passion for travel and a deep understanding of diverse cultures and destinations.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Must be 18+ Years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
