Rate : Commensurate with experience and position.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, plus on-call after-hours as needed for emergency maintenance on a rotating schedule.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Assist with and oversee resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with and oversee turnover of apartments.
- May perform grounds / landscaping work as needed.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
- Rotating On-Call duties.
- May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
- Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma / GED.
