Salesforce Platform Engineer
Must Have :
Someone needs to be hands-on technical on the configuration (not much customization side as a lot of different people have started that). Make the business self-sufficient because of integrations.
Someone who wants to work themselves out of a role. Someone who knows what the environment should look like. Someone who can be more hands on that can review the existing environment and determine what's needed. The Architecture is already handled but much more technical.
Apex, Flows, ETL, API's and security (access, roles, SSO) automate environment refreshes, user provisioning.
