Executive Assistant duties andresponsibilities :
The OfficeManager is the first point of contact for internal and externalparties for the restaurant company office which may impact somecustomer service and communication elements of their job duties.
Duties and responsibilities will include :
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers andclients and directing them to relevant staff.
- Creating an office budget.
- Monitoring office supplies ordering printing and otheritems as required for all businesses.
- Reportoffice progress to ownership and working with them to improveoffice operations and procedures.
- Assistownership in management of projects related to businessoperations.
- Maintain corporate calendar of keyevents / dates and manage owners calendars.
- Administration of leases insurance licenses agreementsand contracts.
