The Web Ads and Open-loop eCommerce Product Strategy & Operations team is part of the TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and holds a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence.
We work with advertisers from all verticals to make TikTok an irreplaceable growth channel for businesses of all sizes and a favorite destination for consumers to discover and purchase products, content, and services.
We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's Ads revenue and working on building the next-generation performance ads solution for TikTok.
- Lead and manage a team of Global Product Marketing Managers across our Performance Ads products globally.
- Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science, etc.
- Develop and support a team through setting priorities, unblocking issues, continual feedback, and career development.
- Define and execute the short-term and long-term product strategy for TikTok advertising solutions globally, including product positioning, value propositions, areas of growth, and future investment potential for the market.
- Develop and execute market programs, initiatives, and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions.
- Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback, and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
- Willing to roll up sleeves and guide the market teams where needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance / direct response marketing and app marketing.
- Good understanding of global advertising and business landscape.
- Ability to lead a global team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed.
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely across teams.
- Ability to set priorities, problem solving, and multi-task.
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.
- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above.

Job Information :
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $171600 - $350080 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents, and offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company match.
As well as Dental, Vision, Short / Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life, and AD&D insurance plans.
Our time off and leave plans are : 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
