About the CoEd Program
The Coed Substance Use Disorder program aims to help adults with a substance use or co-occurring disorder in an outpatient or residential setting. Through medication assisted treatment, paired with individualized therapy, group education, and case management, the Coed Substance Use Disorder program offers a well rounded holistic approach to client's needs.
What You'll Do
Monitorsclients in a safe environment, performing and documenting client safety rounds. This includes ADL monitoring and coaching (i.e. life skills, communication skills, community integration, etc.).Facilitatesstructured activities with clients in accordance with their goals and treatment plan.Demonstrates culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed.Maintains cleanliness of the program space.Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. This may include providing written documentation, scanning and / or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This may also include requesting and / or releasing client information or medical records.Requirements of the Position
Availability to work a Part-time schedule (16hours a week), Saturday and Sunday 11P-7 : 30A.High School Diploma or GED.Must have a valid Missouri Class E driver's license upon start date in order to drive the passenger van.Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.Strongwritten, oral and interpersonal communication skills.Intermediate computer skills in typing / keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuiteGrow With Us
