Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Business System Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements and rules
- Utilize Postman for API testing
- Query MongoDB databases to extract and analyze data
- Create detailed mockups and wireframes to communicate design concepts
- Test complex workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Review and execute automation tests, collaborating with QA engineers to ensure quality
- Develop clear, detailed, and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Ask questions and seek clarifications to fully understand complex business rules and processes
- Monitor and analyze system performance by reading logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens
- Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
Desired Skills / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency with Postman and MongoDB
- Experience in creating mockups and testing complex workflows
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to review and execute tests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write detailed user stories and documentation
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects
- Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand, ask questions, clarify, and document complex business rules
- Experience in the airline industry
