Inbound Inquiries : Handle incoming inquiries from clients, providing solutions and addressing concerns.
Policy Recommendations : Propose and design insurance plans that align with clients' specific requirements.
Client Retention : Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Learning & Growth : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess or willingness to obtain a California Insurance License
Customer-Centric : Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a team environment
