We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our current book of business, conducting policy reviews, and handling client inquiries.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year , with additional commission and bonus opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of insurance experience and an active Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our current book of business over the phone.
- Requote current clients and prospects to ensure they have the best coverage at the best rates.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage or savings.
- Process payments, endorsements, and policy changes efficiently.
- Sell new policies to clients and prospects, ensuring they have the correct coverage.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
Requirement
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- 3-5 years of insurance experience, with a strong knowledge of the Florida insurance market.
- Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt to office changes.
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
