Salary : $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Details

Develop, optimize and estimate equipment design using contractor, client, and

industry specifications.

  • Design or improve / refine equipment design to increase producibility and

decrease costs.

  • Prepare and Update equipment process datasheets and provide technical

    • clarifications to the client’s queries.

  • Prepare and Update P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) using

    • AUTOCAD to develop scope of work and create technical bid summaries on

    projects.

  • Specify and procure Equipment related sub-components per project

    • requirements

  • Co-ordinate with sub-vendors / sub-contractors and request and evaluate

    • quotes. Negotiate pricing, delivery and terms and issue purchase orders. Follow

    up with vendors on delivery status and other engineering deliverables.

  • Prepare Instrumentation Design Deliverables including Cause & Effect

    • Matrices, Control Narratives, ISA Datasheets and Instrument Indices.

  • Provide technical support including participation in HAZOP studies and

    • preparation of operating and maintenance procedures

  • Participate in Start Up, Commissioning and trouble shooting activities SHOP and

    • job site
