Position Overview The DV Visit Coordination, Conference and Event Planner will provide on-site support to accomplish and execute Distinguished Visitor (DV) tours and visit assistance, corporate tour coordination, and event planning for the Aerospace Systems Directorate. These activities have the potential to support a wide demographic group including senior Air Force and DoD leadership, industry leaders, academia, and STEM communities.

Essential Job Function

• Provide direct support to DV visits and corporate tour activities.
• Tour support shall include logistics, pre-tour site selection relative to the reason for the tour / visit, agenda development, protocol, transportation scheduling, dry run, visit area pre-checks, tour execution and escorting groups.
• Regular coordination with the enterprise level lead tour POC will be required to keep leadership fully informed of all upcoming tour plans and dignitary visits.
