Analyze P&L reports to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the bar program contributes to profitability. Beyond the Game : Set the gold standard for health, safety, and cleanliness across all bar operations. Conduct regular inspections, address hazards promptly, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards to foster a culture of safety and excellence. Be on your feet for 80% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds Frequently bend, reach, stretch, mop, sweep and wipe during your shift Read and write handwritten notes Be a Good Human : Show kindness, integrity & courage.
