Sr Analyst, HR Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented, intuitive, proactive, and analytical Senior Analyst to coordinate and execute the creation and maintenance of documentation across the organization. This role will support process improvement initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency. The Senior Analyst will support the intake of work, collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), and ensure all HR policies, procedures, and records are accurate, current, and compliant with applicable laws and internal standards.

What You'll Bring :

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, documentation and process improvement.
• Experience with document management systems, process mapping, and collaboration tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• An associate centric mindset and the passion to deliver value.
• Experience supporting HR programs such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent reviews, engagement, with strong collaboration and partnership with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE).
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives to completion.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, consulting, and collaboration skills.
• A degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Workday.
