Weekly Pay Range - $1739 To $1932Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night Shift - 5x7 - 4pm, 35 Hours Guaranteed Hours : 35 Experience : Minimum years of experience not specified License : Required as per state regulations Certifications : Relevant certifications preferred Must-Have : Bilingual ability not required, No holiday coverage required Job Description : - Contract position for a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) - Responsible for assessing patient needs and developing personalized therapy plans - Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care - Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards - Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process - Ability to work independently during night shifts to maintain seamless patient care
