- Direct Hire Pay : $45,760-$56,160 annually

Required : 3 years of CA Workers Compensation Claims Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Key a high volume of claims into the system from all submission channels within the same day they are received
- Communicate appropriate information to internal and external customers by monitoring and communicating through e-mail, fax, phone, and voicemail
- Answer claims phone calls
- Attach / Split documents in accordance with claims procedures
- Process and deliver all appropriate letters, forms, and correspondence to appropriate parties
- Create and assign diaries
- Review reports for claim intake accuracy and make timely corrections
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
- Participate in departmental, company, and team meetings as needed
