Job Overview : Vanity Art is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the country.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bathroom furniture and fixtures sales, coupled with an extensive network of relationships with local retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with key accounts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on bathroom furniture and fixtures.
- Established network of contacts within the bathroom furniture industry, including retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
