Job Summary :
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
You will perform various tasks such as troubleshooting issues, conducting routine inspections, and completing repairs in a timely manner to support operations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition and dexterity to handle tools and equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve them in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance operations
- Keep accurate maintenance records and report on completed tasks.
