Body Fit Training is a fitness franchise with advanced group training methodology. We've incorporated scientifically proven strength and endurance training techniques into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are run by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.

BFT programming is designed to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and work through different planes of movement.

POSITION :
BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member’s journey. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in with our team and help share the BFT brand, community and experience to all people, everywhere.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be available to work Friday night (5-7pm), Saturday & Sunday morning (7 : 00am - 12 : 00pm)
- Must have Accredited Personal Training Certification (Ex- NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM Etc.)
- Coaching experience preferred
- Love of boutique fitness is a must passion for strength training is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
- Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT
- Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
- Must possess and maintain current CPR / AED certification
DUTIES :
- Deliver pre-designed sessions / workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
- Energize and motivate clients throughout class
- Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
- Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations including, but not limited to BFT Fundamentals training or any other required continuing education
- Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
- Set up equipment for each class / next day’s classes and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
- Cleaning / Organizing after shift / class
