The Role

We’re seeking a driven, focused, and motivated go-getter to join our dynamic team of Account Managers and help drive the growth of our accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience retaining and growing a book of business, providing top-tier service, and cultivating strong client relationships.

This role reports directly to the Director of Account Management, with a dotted line to the CEO.

Essential Duties

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the liaison between clients and our organization.
  • Reputation Management : Leverage your expertise in reputation management to assess, strategize, and enhance clients’ online presence, ensuring they realize the full value of our software and services.
  • Industry Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in digital reputation management, and local SEO.
  • Account Retention : Fulfilling all responsibilities to the committed scope of work, and maintaining an appropriate cadence of communication to positively impact client retention, and prevent churn.
  • Account Growth : Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling of our services.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular data-driven insights to clients, showcasing the impact of our services on their reputation and brand.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful execution of applicable projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in the management of a brand’s digital reputation
  • Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus :
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce
  • Ability to travel as needed for company meetings, and events

Education / Experience

Minimum 2 years of client management experience; experience in digital marketing, reputation management, or the social media space is ideal
