We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Manager (RN) opportunity to cover Boynton Beach, FL. This role will primarily work in an office and also perform field case management.

Position : Clinical Manager (RN)
Location : Boynton Beach, FL
Clinical Manager Duties :
- Perform case management, oversight, and coordination of care for all skilled disciplines.
- Provide nursing care and treatment of home care patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and approved authorizations.
- Coordinate patient admission with other members of the care team
Clinical Manager Qualifications :
- FL RN License
- At least one (1) year of supervisory / management experience
- Experienced in Medicare Home Health and experience with OASIS review
- Strong case management and working knowledge of Medicare
Clinical Manager Salary :
- Competitive Salary ($85k++ Starting)
