Job Description

WellSky is hiring a Senior Product Manager to run our Insight analytics solutions. An ideal candidate will have experience in analytics and data products and a passion for improving healthcare.

In this role, you will develop the strategies and requirements implemented across our product base to help value-based organizations improve patient outcomes while reducing spend.

A Day in the Life!

Job Description :

  • Develop, support, and communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment, including 3rd party partnership opportunities.
  • Direct the roadmap and work across WellSky solutions to support the Analytics needs across the product suite.
  • Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across Engineering, Professional Services and Client Experience organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability.
  • Accountable for financial and adoption success for the solution, market or segment.
  • Collaborate with financial operations to develop business cases for new or current solutions, enhancements, and investments.
  • Create and justify complex business cases aligned with organization goals and strategies.
  • Maintain a high degree of collaboration with engineering delivery manager partner to ensure a team approach to product development.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Associates Degree with commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare information technology, project management, sales or consulting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution Management or Product Ownership.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with data and analytics products in the healthcare space.
  • General aptitude with data analysis and drawing business insights from data.
  • Knowledge of Value-Based Care and performance measures a plus.

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned.
