Accounting Specialist Duties :
- accounts payable
- accounts receivable, including posting payments, billing, cash receipts, research
- journal entries
- month end close
- assist with financials
- work within EasyAcct (an Intuit product)
- bank and credit card reconciliations
- customer follow up on payments
Accounting Specialist Skills and Experience :
- 3 years of AP, and AR experience
- comfortable with learning new software systems strong organization and analytical skills,
- with a keen attention to detail.
E ducation : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
Hours for the Accounting Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 (with some flexibility) in a business-casual environment
