Position Summary
DarkStar seeks a professional to assist the Senior Task Manager with coordination requests. Responsibilities include scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off-site, coordinating audio / video and facility support, preparing materials, and managing post-event activities like disseminating meeting minutes.
Preferred candidates will have experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and event management.
Location : Bethesda, MD
FLSA Status : Regular, Full-Time
Security Clearance Level : TS / SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph
Citizenship : Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Position Type : On-Site
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists the Senior Task Manager processing coordination requests
- Supports scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site
- Coordinates audio / video and facility support; prepares slides and other materials to support meetings and events, as well as supporting close-out activities including disseminating meeting minutes
- Previous experience scheduling and executing meetings within the IC is preferred
- Previous event management experience is preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- Top Secret / SCI
- Counterintelligence Polygraph
- BS / BA +3 years OR 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
