Job Summary
- Hourly Position 25-35k yearly plus bonuses
- Flex shift position available 11 : 30am-8pm
- Telemarketing a warm customer base
- Take inbound calls to schedule customer appointments and answer questions
- Interact with customers through day with calls, emails, and other forms
- Work on other office projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Able to keep a steady call pace with time management and organization
- Maintain minimum call counts of at least 100 calls in / out per day
- Inside Sales experience is a strong benefit
- A strong understanding of general appointment scheduling
- Able to handle fast pace at times
- Desire to help and serve customers and make a difference in what you do
