Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab
Schedule : Days
Salary : $34 - $55 per hour
Start Date : January 6, 2025

Our expansion includes a state-of-the-art 165,000 square-foot patient tower featuring an innovative Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, expanded med / surg, labor and delivery capacities, and additional operating rooms and cath labs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize the BSWH nursing professional practice model to deliver comprehensive patient care in the Cath Lab.
- Assess patients using the nursing process, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient safety and quality of care through evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a caring and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff while managing physical and emotional pain.
- Advocate for patient and family rights and maintain professional boundaries.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate and execute personalized care plans.
- Utilize systems thinking to utilize resources effectively and improve patient care processes.
Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting, preferably in a Cath Lab.
- Certifications : Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Skills : Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
