Education : Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
License, Certification and / or Registration : Current Alabama or Multi-state Nursing License required.B LS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period.
ACLS, PALS, or NRP is required for critical care areas based on patient populatiion.
Experience : New RN graduates accepted.
Additional Skill / Abilities : M ust have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently.
Department specific competencies must be completed within the provisional period.
