Your Role at Pura : We are looking for an Office Manager at Pura. The right candidate would describe themselves as someone who is friendly and proactive.
They will be a key player in helping daily office operations run smoothly. This is for a full-time position at our Pleasant Grove office.
Working hours for this role will be 8am-5pm. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners.

What You’ll Own : Reception Greet and check in front desk visitors and answer incoming phone calls Keep the front desk tidy and clean Manage the front desk security including knowing and following emergency procedures Maintain relationships with important external and internal partners Be familiar with all employees, know where they physically sit as well as what organization they are part of in order to assist employees with questions.
Anticipate and plan for different scenarios that could arise while at the front desk Office Administration Execution of on-site meeting & event coordination Maintain office supplies and all ordering procedures for snacks, meals Oversee office use and desk rotations as necessary for staff changes or out of town visitors- Work with vendors to ensure cleanliness of the office and the quality of the office furniture Coordinate with IT the badging & building access for employees, vendors & guests Employee Experience Partnering Assist with the execution of the gifting experience including welfare, investor gifts, etc.
Assist with internal (People partners) and external partners(Jazz partnership) to execute on priorities. Event Assisting Identify event vendors and work within the provided budget Plan and coordinate details of catered meals to include determining specifications and quantities of goods to order, determining manpower levels, recommending personnel assignments, scheduling space and facilities, and communicating menu information Ensure smooth execution of events by inspecting finished arrangements and collaborating with appropriate stakeholders Managing and overseeing event operations on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, and directing vendors Confidentiality and Communication Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans to your Manager Have flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to the role with tasks given to them by their manager and or the people team Take initiative in solving day-to-day problems that may arise.
