Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a 13-week contract in Omaha, NEwith our partnered Home Health agency.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a home-based setting. This position requires proficiency inHomecare Homebase software.

- Location : Omaha, NE
- Type : Contract (13 weeks)
- Hours : Full-time, 40 hours / week, Monday-Friday (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm)
- Additional Hours : Occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
- Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) after 90 days, Mileage Reimbursement, Weekly Pay
- Compensation : Negotiable hourly rate based on territory budget and experience
- Travelers : Blended pay packages with stipends available
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in coordination.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Complete all necessary documentation usingHomecare Homebase software.
- Provide patient and family education to promote understanding of hospice care.
- Participate in regular team meetings to coordinate care and discuss patient needs.
Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
- Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase software.
- Reliable transportation for home visits.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
