You will be involved in client conversations, policy reviews, and product demonstrations. Additionally, you will improve your sales and communication skills while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Educate clients on insurance products, services, and policy features.
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the agency.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance quoting software.
- Willingness to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
- Must like animals, as we have 2 Chocolate labs that are a part of our team!
