We are actively seeking aseasoned Trial Attorney with over 10 years of experience and aproven track record of multiple jury verdicts.
The ideal candidatewill have acted as the first chair in at least 5 trials and willbring a wealth of knowledge expertise and dedication to our firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume primary responsibility as the firstchair in major trial efforts leading the litigationteam.
- Develop and refine trial strategiesensuring optimal outcomes for ourclients.
- Conduct complex legal researchprojects ensuring our cases are built on a solidfoundation.
- Provide expertise in ArbitrationCoordinated Proceedings and MultiDistrictLitigation.
- Interface directly with specializedoutside counsel representing the firm and its clients in highstakesnegotiations and discussions.
- Draft review andrefine intricate legal documents including moving papers andoppositions involving novel and complexissues.
- Represent the firm in hearingspresenting motions and oppositions with precision andconfidence.
- Conduct indepth depositions of keywitnesses including PMK witnesses apex employees and variousexperts.
- Continuously seek out and recommendimprovements in client communication and casemanagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues toformulate policies streamline processes and develop innovativeimprovements.
- Address and resolve intricatelegal issues ensuring client satisfaction and optimaloutcomes.
- Oversee timely reporting ensuringmeticulous recordkeeping and adherence todeadlines.
- Undertake additionalresponsibilities and special projects as directed by the ManagingPartner or Partner.
QUALIFICATIONSAND SKILLS
- Over 10 years of provenexperience as an Attorney with a track record of multiple juryverdicts.
- J.D. degree from an accredited lawschool and active membership in the CaliforniaBar.
- Demonstrated expertise in clientcommunication and relationshipmanagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office attorneytimekeeping programs and client file managementsystems.
- Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Proven decisionmaking andproblemsolving abilities.
- Strong organizationaland leadership capabilities.
- Bilingualproficiency in Spanish is highlydesirable.
- Familiarity with standard officeequipment.
- Physical ability to lift and / or moveup to 20 pounds.
