Job Summary
We are seeking positive, reliable individuals to join our team! Crew Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Opening start time at 4am (or earlier in some restaurant locations)
- Closing 9 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)
- Extremely dependable, punctual
- Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
- Strong decision-making skills
- Prepare, bake, and set up for next day’s daily restaurant operations
- Clean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areas
- Responsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shifts
- Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
- Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Responsible for food production, preparation and safety; guest service, store cleanliness and organization
- Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines
Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be positive, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs; Work in repetitive motions and be able to stand for extended periods of time
