The Human Capital - Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition of recruitment processes during the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM.

They will assist with developing a talent acquisition process within Oracle HCM that helps recruit talented employees. Talent acquisition includes forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential hires on various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers, and evaluating candidates' performance in interviews and assignments.

The system will support recruiting talent and improve the candidate's experience; to hire and retain high-performing employees.

Utilize Oracle HCM reporting features to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement. Develop data driven strategies to optimize the hiring process and recruit top talent.

Responsibilities : Support in implementing a new talent acquisition software system that will support staffing needs and job applications, consult with hiring managers to understand expectations of the system, and track key recruiting KPIs.

Develop a process for integrating Oracle HCM into our talent acquisition workflows. Work closely with project leads and technical teams to configure Oracle HCM for optimal talent acquisition functionalities.

Stay updated on the best practices for leveraging Oracle HCM for recruitment purposes. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the new system.

Minimum Qualifications : Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology. Minimum 5 years' experience in managing talent acquisition activities in a large organization, with union and non-union populations, Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role.

Familiarity with job boards, resume databases, and applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of labor legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong decision-making skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and PeopleSoft HCM.
