Job Description
Adams Corporate Law, Inc. ( ACL ) is seeking experienced mid to senior-level Corporate Associates, and / or Partner level attorneys, to join its team of specialists.
Candidates should have at least five years of significant experience representing buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, and counseling private companies on contracts, corporate governance, investor financing, and corporate dealmaking.
Partner-level Candidates may inquire directly.
Job Requirements
All candidates will be active attorneys licensed in the state of California, familiar with M&A, corporate governance, business contracts and other corporate transactional matters.
Candidates will be expected to handle day-to-day needs of clients and take an active role in managing client relationships.
Preferred candidates will reside in California.
