Responsibilities :

Ready to take your passion for data analysis, code, reporting and AI to the next level? We're looking for the right Intermediate Software Developer to join our team.

In this role, you'll be the data wrangler, manipulator, and analyzer to turn numbers into insights. Not only that, but you'll be using the same principles with Data Mesh that many popular platforms use.

  • ETL (extract, transform, load) big data
  • Experience with Kafka
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms, such as Azure
  • Develop models using star schema best practices
  • Design and implement custom data insights using BI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our data mesh architecture, ensuring data accessibility, reliability, and scalability across the organization
  • Database performance tuning
  • Participate in security exercises to sharpen skills
  • Write efficient database queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience - we're all about skills, not just degrees!)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Web development skills in Java, Python, C#, or equivalent
  • A love for collaboration and teamwork
  • Bonus points if you've got experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
