The Clinical Nurse II in the Hematology / Oncology unit is responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge.
This includes overseeing transitions within the acute care stay. The nurse will also be responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care provided by the caregiving team, ensuring competent and compassionate care is provided to patients in various settings.
Salary Range : $34.65 - $35.69 per hour
