As an Insurance Service Professional, you will service our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community.
You will apply customer service skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

- Service existing insurance customers with payments, questions
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties
- Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Must have insurance customer service experience
- Must have Property & Casualty license
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Confident, motivated individual
- Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
