Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled LPN - House Manager with management experience to lead our residential facility. The LPN - House Manager will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance.
This role requires up to 35% travel time.
Qualifications :
- Active LPN license in the state of practice.
- Proven management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and schedule nursing staff efficiently.
- Coordinate patient care activities and oversee their implementation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Monitor and manage medical supply levels.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Address patient care and staff management issues promptly.
- Travel up to 35% of the time as required.
