We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female caregiver to provide dedicated support to our client, who suffered a stroke on August 6th, 2023.
The client requires maximum assistance for transfers, is incontinent, and has poor cognitive awareness.
Client Profile :
- Requires maximum assistance for transfers
- Incontinent
- Poor cognitive awareness
- Tolerates sitting in a wheelchair for extended periods
- Utilizes a peg tube for feeding
- Limited movement in the right hand and right foot
- Uses a board transfer and Hoyet lift
- Speaks with a weak voice, capable of short phrase answers
- Languages : English
Caregiver Requirements :
1. 2+ years of caregiving experience
2. Valid Proof of Identification
3. Proof of US Work Authorization
4. Verifiable Work References
