Requirements :
- Must be able to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years of age and older
- Have motivation to be a self starter
- Must have customer service skills to help owners and guests when needed.
- Ensure cleaning on a rotation
- Take care of recycling, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, lobby, grills, balconies, and furniture
- Help housekeepers in units, strip units, move furniture, etc.
- Help count, clean, and dirty linen
- Must be able to deliver rollaway beds and cribs.
- Must be able to help shovel snow off balconies.
- Must be able to lift, pick up, and push 50 lbs. and more
- Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and reach out.
- Must follow safety policy and OSHA guides
- Must work in random schedule, holidays, weekends, and over time when required
- Must have English skills be able to communicate with our guest, owners, and employees
- Must be have a positive and friendly attitude toward others

The budgeted range starts at 14.50-16.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
