The Sr Manager creates and executes sales strategy for State Government customers through a team of frontline Account Executives.

They leverage prior government industry experience to build strategic focus on driving new sales, customer retention, channel metrics, and delivering world-class customer solutions.

They motivate and coach the team to drive strong performance results and serve as a pivotal resource to drive the strategy and execution within the State Government sales vertical.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develops sales generation and strategy to support State Government sales
  • Works with cross-functional teams to identify retention opportunities and ensure maintenance of existing customer base
  • Supports additional non-selling & administration functions

Education :

  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience :

  • 2-4 years Experience in direct sales management (Required)
  • 2-4 years Experience in the State Government industry (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Experience managing a team (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Government Procurement (Required)
  • Strategic Leadership (Required)
  • New Customer Acquisitions (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age

Total Target Cash Pay Range : $156,100 - $281,500, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range : $109,270 - $197,050

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
