Senior Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches

Empower customers to complete implementation successfully by tracking against timelines and achieving time to first value

Provide support and mentorship while advocating for client needs and product requests

Required Qualifications

Customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders

2+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)

Background in delivering complex software implementations and / or technical projects

Experience communicating with various customer personas at leadership levels

Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus
