Meadowbrook is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. Our facility caters to both short-term and long-term residents, and we’re looking for a compassionate professional to contribute to our rehabilitation efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in performing various patient tests and complex procedures under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to execute and monitor individualized care plans for patients.
- Adhere to departmental treatment schedules, clinical procedures, and accurate billing documentation.
- Educate and support family members and caregivers on implementing the patient’s treatment plan at home, with direction from the Physical Therapist.
- Familiarity with Rehab and Sigma Care systems is advantageous. Qualifications :
- PTA License
- PTA License
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Open to new graduates.
