• Communicate effectively via phone email or videoconferencing to address client inquiries and provide personalizedrecommendations.

TravelPlanning :

• Customize cruise itineraries based on client preferencesbudget and group size.
• Coordinategroup bookings including accommodations dining reservations andonboard activities.

DestinationExpertise :

• Stayupdated on cruise destinations ports of call and onboard amenitiesto provide expert advice to clients.
• Research and recommend shore excursions and activitiestailored to each groups interests.

Training andDevelopment :

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhanceproduct knowledge sales skills and customer servicetechniques.
• Stay informed aboutindustry trends and updates to remain competitive in themarket.

ClientSatisfaction :

• Ensure exceptional service from initial inquiry toposttravel followup to exceed clientexpectations.
• Address any issues orconcerns promptly and professionally to maintain clientsatisfaction and loyalty.

Qualificationsand Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills both verbal andwritten.
• Strong attention to detailand organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer and internetbasedtools.
• Passion for travel andwillingness to learn about cruise destinations andproducts.
• Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively in a remoteenvironment.
