Job Title : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – $21–$24 / hr | In-Person | Savannah, GA

Company : STEPS Behavioral Health

Job Type : Part-time or Full-time | In-person

Pay : $21–$24 / hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Now Hiring : Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At STEPS Behavioral Health , we believe in creating meaningful change- one step at a time . We're currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Track client progress through accurate data collection
  • Support clients in achieving developmental and behavioral goals
  • Work in diverse settings : homes, schools, or clinics

Requirements :

  • Current RBT certification through the BACB (required)
  • Licensed in the state of Georgia as required
  • Experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
