About The Position
Pediatric registered nurses provide healthcare to children (infancy to adolescence). Typical duties include helping families and patients cope with physical or mental disabilities, education, treatment and disease prevention.
Pediatric registered nurses administer all shots and immunizations, perform and document patient assessments and assist physicians with procedures;
monitor patients as needed and administer medication or tests. Pediatric Nurses should display a gentle and calm disposition to provide reassurance to young patients.
