Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments with exceptional accuracy. This role involves reconciling vendor statements, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with project managers to ensure proper job cost allocations.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and organized accounts payable records.
- Work with project managers and staff to ensure proper job cost allocations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly accounts payable reports for management.
- Use Acumatica to process accounts payable transactions and maintain data integrity.
- Track contract balances and reconcile using Excel spreadsheets.
Essential Skills
2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction industry.Proficiency with accounting software; Acumatica experience is a plus.Solid understanding of accounts payable processes.Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of invoices across multiple projects.Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of sales / use tax requirements for WA / ID is a plus.Work Environment
The position is onsite at the Flour Mill Downtown, working hours are 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. The work environment is described as secure and stable, providing a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
