Busy level 2 trauma center with high acuity. We have 3 patients to 1 RN ratio.

Holiday Expectations :

MUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3 :

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

New Years Day

AND

1 Minor Holiday :

Day after Thanksgiving

Christmas Eve

New Years Eve
